Artistic leanings
Does artistic talent run in families? I don’t know…but I do know that I’ve been inspired by the artworks created by various members of my family. This album contains my own art and some from family members.
The box is brass with german silver, lost wax-casted humans, created during a metalsmithing course I took in the 80's. The wood is black walnut from my homeplace. Dad helped me make this part and it makes me chuckle -- you can see the James Thurber influences.
